You become an indentured slave. There is no way out unless you quit your current assignment.
No benefits. No consideration. Absolutely DO NOT CARE about you except for the money you earn for them.
Good news for those who need it - NO DRUG SCREENS. Absolutely no one-on-one interviews, testing or screening. First time you will meet ANY representative of ESC is when you sign the contract whereby you become essentially an indentured slave.
Most awful people I have ever dealt with in my life - and I've worked for lawyers & politicians.
