Terry Hodgson, Electronics Direct Inc hired me to work for him and had paid me with check to my bank at Wells Fargo and then had then stopped payment on the check after it had been spent. Now I am out over $5,000 which is what I now owe the bank. They said there was nothing they could do.
I am now jobless and indebt. Don't have the money to take action so I guess he just gets away with it. It's a week before Christmas and he has made this the worst holiday ever for me and my family.
